I am Narges Nourikarkani, an architect in Antwerp, registered with the Orde van Architecten — the Belgian Order of Architects whose public register you can verify online. NNO stands for my name. I have seven years of experience and have worked at ASSAR Architects and Sweco Architects, among others.

I enjoy working on offices and homes at different scales — from a renovation to a new building. I make images and visualisations myself, with the help of AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT and Claude, and I check every image before it leaves the studio.

How I work

Every commission starts with listening: to what you need, what the building can take and what the budget allows. From there the work proceeds in clear stages — scenarios, preliminary design, permit file, site supervision — with a single point of contact throughout. Fee and planning are agreed in writing before we start.

For international clients I keep the Belgian side light: meetings and summaries in English, the official permit file in Dutch as the law requires, and honest guidance through the specifics of building here — party walls, the Antwerp building code, the EPC system and the renovation obligation.
