AI can help organise supplied information and surface questions for further checking. The result is a working document for review, not a substitute for architectural judgement.

Start with bounded information

Record which documents are being used and which version is current. A source inventory makes each finding easier to trace.

The task should also state what falls outside the check. A tool comparing a limited document set must not suggest that it has assessed the whole project or every applicable requirement.

Make uncertainty visible

Missing information or a discrepancy between documents is a reason to check. A generated answer is not automatically an established project fact.

A useful output links findings to the source used, identifies missing information and shows which questions cannot be answered with confidence.

Keep review with the professional

The responsible professional reviews the findings and decides what happens next. Agree in advance which information may be processed and which tools are suitable for it.

Only after repeatable internal tests, a bounded pilot with a partner practice and evidence of the real review effort can a tool be presented as an available product.
